Due to a variety of new products (announcements coming soon), we had to find a viable solution for managing our support system as we will face an increase in support requests.

We are now in the process of greatly improving our efficiency so we can continue with our goal of providing you with the best support we can offer.

We are moving the customer support from our forums to a completely new ticketing system.

This change will take place on 04.06.2018.

The free forums are NOT affected by this change. All previous posts from the customer forums will be moved to the free forums, so nothing gets lost.

Prior to disabling the customer forums there will be an announcement at crosstec.org, as well as newsletters, with detailed description on how to submit your future support requests.

All users that have purchased a subscription with crosstec.org will have access  to a new page where they can submit their support request. This means that all further customer support will be done via email through our ticket system.

As mentioned above, free user support will continue to exist in our forums.
